The short version

This site has one form. If you fill it in, we store what you typed so we can reply. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we record:

  • your name, email address, and company
  • your phone number and website, if you provide them
  • what you wrote in the message field
  • which page you started from, so the first call opens with context
  • the referring URL and your browser’s user-agent string, to distinguish real submissions from automated ones

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, or health information through this form.

What we do not do

  • no advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site
  • no analytics cookies, and no consent banner because none is needed
  • no sale or rental of personal information, ever
  • no marketing sequence — submitting the form gets you one reply

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in a hosted Postgres database provided by Supabase, on infrastructure in the United States. Access is restricted to Convenient Services LLC personnel who need it to respond. Email we exchange with you is held in our email provider’s systems.

How we protect it

Access to inquiry data is limited to Convenient Services LLC personnel who need it to respond to you. We do not run any tracking scripts on this site, so there is no advertising or analytics vendor holding a copy of what you typed.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, records are retained for the life of the engagement and for seven years afterwards to meet tax and contractual obligations.

Your choices

Email convenient.services.io@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act regarding consumer health data; we do not collect consumer health data through this website.

Client data is different

When we work on an engagement, we may access systems belonging to a client that contain their customers’ personal information. That access is governed by the signed agreement — including, where the client is a covered entity, a Business Associate Agreement. We do not use client customer data for our own purposes.

Children

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this page as what the site actually does changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
